Our purpose
Search created rankings. Social media created share of voice. AI answers now shape consideration and recommendation. Benchmark Bureau exists to measure that behavior clearly enough that markets can understand it, challenge it, and act on it.
What makes this different
Benchmark Bureau studies a defined market through published prompts, evidence, and methods. Our published work covers one OpenAI API configuration in Utah personal injury and US CRM software. The September CRM release repeats the matched market measurement across three waves and compares it with August. Comparisons with other providers remain planned and are not implied by the current findings.
Independence
- Public rankings are not sold.
- Commercial relationships do not change inclusion, scoring, or rank.
- Material methodology changes are versioned.
- Factual corrections are documented.
- Provider/API findings are not mislabeled as consumer-product findings.
- Limitations belong beside the result.
Who is accountable
Benchmark Bureau was founded by Bob Bodily, who is responsible for research direction, publication standards, and the separation between public rankings and commercial work. Questions about the work can be sent through the contact page; factual challenges follow the published corrections process.
What “Bureau” means here
Benchmark Bureau is an independent market-intelligence organization. It is not a government agency, regulator, accreditor, or public authority. The name describes an organized program of measurement and publication, not official government status.
Calm enough to trust. Interesting enough to cite.
