CRM AI recommendation intelligence
See the market answer your team cannot get from a rank tracker.
Tell us the CRM decision you need to make. We will assess whether a private, evidence-backed brief can answer it without compromising the independence of the public benchmark.

See the work before you inquire
A decision brief should show its evidence and its limits.
The public sample uses the current September CRM release to show the structure: an executive answer, reach and first-choice evidence, buyer-context differences, source environment, decision implications, and explicit unknowns.
Fit
Useful for a specific decision. Wrong for paid visibility.
A good fit
Product, strategy, market intelligence, and executive teams deciding how to frame a CRM category, competitor set, buyer segment, or evidence program.
Not a fit
Paid placement, a guaranteed ranking change, undisclosed advocacy, generic SEO volume, product reviews, or conclusions that exceed the measured evidence.
Process and terms
Scope first. Evidence second. Interpretation last.
1. Fit review
We narrow the business decision and confirm that the evidence can address it.
2. Written scope
Products, buyer contexts, price, timing, confidentiality, ownership, and permitted use are agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Evidence build
Every measured claim is pinned to a release, metric, denominator, and date.
4. Decision session
We separate observed facts, interpretation, open questions, and possible tests.
Pricing and timing
This is a scoped design-partner service, not an off-the-shelf checkout. There is no fee to inquire. A price and delivery date are proposed only after the fit review and must be accepted in writing before any paid work starts.
Common questions
What the brief is, and what it will not claim.
Is this an AI rank tracker?
No. A brief separates mention, shortlist, recommendation reach, and first choice, then shows the buyer context, evidence, date, configuration, and uncertainty around each measure.
Can paying improve a public ranking?
No. Payment and participation cannot influence public inclusion, prompts, collection, extraction, scoring, findings, corrections, or publication.
Will the brief tell us what caused a recommendation?
Not from observational evidence alone. It can show associated reasons, citations, source patterns, and testable evidence gaps while labeling causal hypotheses as hypotheses.
What does it cost and how long does it take?
Neither is promised during the design-partner stage. Scope, price, terms, and delivery date are agreed in writing after fit, capacity, and research readiness are known.
What a brief can include
Decision intelligence, not a vanity score.
- Recommendation and first-choice position by relevant buyer segment.
- Competitor overlap, contested prompts, and meaningful tradeoffs.
- Source-domain visibility and evidence gaps found in measured answers.
- Clear separation of observed facts, interpretation, and possible action.
- A focused interpretation conversation for the decisions your team actually faces.
The independence boundary
Commercial work never changes public inclusion, prompts, scoring, findings, or rank. Benchmark Bureau does not sell placement or promise that an intervention will improve an AI recommendation.
Start with the decision
Request a conversation
This is an inquiry, not an order form. We will respond only when the question appears measurable and appropriately scoped.
Email intake is open
Describe the decision in one email.
Send your name, company, and the business decision you need to make. Do not include confidential customer data or internal documents. Bob will review the fit and reply from a Benchmark Bureau address.
