Terms

Research is evidence, not an endorsement.

These initial terms explain the limits of Benchmark Bureau rankings and research materials.

Informational purpose

Benchmark Bureau publishes research and market intelligence. Rankings describe observed AI-system behavior under a defined method. They are not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice and do not certify that a company is the best choice for a particular person.

No guarantee of completeness

AI outputs change. Providers update models, routing, search systems, and policies. Results may vary by time, location, account context, and personalization. Every release should be read with its observation window and limitations.

Fair use of findings

Factual citations and links to Benchmark Bureau research are encouraged. Charts, badges, datasets, and brand assets may carry additional usage terms. Users may not alter a ranking graphic in a way that misstates the category, geography, date, or metric.

Company and third-party names

Company, product, and AI-provider names belong to their respective owners. Their presence in research does not imply sponsorship, participation, or endorsement.

Changes and corrections

We may update these terms and correct research under the published corrections policy. Material methodological changes are versioned rather than silently applied to historical releases.

Working termsThese initial terms require legal review before substantial commercial activity, accounts, paid subscriptions, or data licensing.
